Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the start of class  to settle in. Wear clothes that move with you. Shoes are removed before entering the studio.  All that you need  to bring is an open mind and a willing heart. You are always welcome to relax with us after class and join us for some tea!

Hatha Yoga is an ancient practice that brings body, mind, heart, and spirit into harmonious union. Join this slower, progressive class and discover the basics of yoga in a fun, safe & supportive setting.

Level 1 : The Basics
Good for those getting back to the practice and experienced beginners.

Align your mind, body and heart as we explore the Anusara Basics syllabus in this fun, moderately paced  class.
Level 2 : Expansion
For those ready for a more upbeat, expansive practice.

 An intermediate level class with a  dynamic blend of mindful breath and elegant alignment. Express the beauty of  your own heart as you dance with the Divine through the radical life affirming philosophy of Anusara Yoga. A deeper exploration of the  Level 2 Anusara Syllabus.
Restorative
Good for everybody.

Our slowest and gentlest class. Yoga postures are mixed with calming breathing techniques and meditation. Yoga props such as blankets, straps and blocks help create a sweetly supported therapeutic experience.
All Levels
A mixed level class. Not suitable for first time beginners. Variations offered.

Dynamic mix of power and play, offering  the potential for expansion. Explores both the Level 1 and Level 2 Anusara Yoga Syllabus.
